King ArthurGluten Free Muffin Mix, 16 oz

This mix has replaced our usual gf cake mixes. The flavor and texture is SO GOOD. You can't even tell it's GF. It's very easy to make. The texture isn't crumbly like normal gf items. Very high quality brand. Love it.

These muffins good and flavorful. I added blueberries and an extra egg. No grittiness and the're very fluffy. I definitely will buy this product again.

I am big into baking, usually from scratch, but recently had to adapt to a gluten free lifestyle. Needless to say this has been a challenge! One of our common breakfasts is homemade blueberry muffins, and my recipe is just NOT transitioning well into gluten free. This mix is a good substitute and definitely comes out a lot better than I have been able to replicate from scratch. They are nice and fluffy, not gritty, and very easy to prepare. Overall I would recommend and will be buying again myself!

I adore King Arthur gluten free mixes, especially the bread/ pizza mix.This is the first time I've made the muffin mix. I made it as directed, poking frozen blueberries into the batter in the pan, rather than mixing them in. I baked half of them in a traditional metal pan for mini muffins for the kids. I baked the rest in a regular size silicone muffin pan. Both turned out fabulous. I regret only buying 4 boxes of the muffin mix. We have 8 people in our household, so we go through yummy food super fast.Be aware that this box mix makes plain muffins.You can customize the flavor by adding in things like berries, chopped apple, or nuts.

It is SO hard to find gluten free products that consistently bake up well and appeal to the picky eaters in my family!! We were addicted to Better Batter, but I find the King Arthur line is better as far as consistent quality and flexibility go. The oven in our rental home is just terrible and screws up just about anything we put in it, but we had great success with these!These are easy to make, bake up beautifully, and are not gritty or bland tasting. They are moist, chewy, and not too sweet. We add fresh blueberries (make sure you dry the fresh berries off after washing them) or dried cranberries and orange peel to them, and they disappear within 48 hours.King Arthur Gluten Free mixes are the kings of baking mixes.
