Did not fit. Did not have apple car play. Only mirror link. That sucks. Had to cut and tram dash. Front buttons did not work. I should have sent back. Trash

Honestly was surprised first after market radio for me!! I love it very simple to use! Can grandma use it?? Idksybe had a lot of features as I use it more it will be easier! Install was not to bad directions were a little hard for me as first timer but still good no issues fit did have to cut old mount out but sounds amazing!! Way better!!! Supper happy!

Customer service is not bad, when you send them a message they always tried to fix any problem, but the quality of the device is very very bad, be careful it doesn't fit a Ford escape 2014 titanium 1.6l as showed in the description.Finally I got it back.

Install instructions were awful, and unclear. You will need to trim behind the existing head unit to make it fit. Once you trim it, you need to figure out which harness goes where.
