Good, dark tea
I have bought McEntee's tea several times. I usually buy the catering pack of Gold Blend as it's terrific value for money. This purchase of the 500g caddy is a gift for my son who has recently started drinking leaf tea. My tea gets stored in my McEntee's Irish Breakfast Tea caddy regardless! If you like a good strong brew that's full of flavour this is well worth a try.

Lighter than expected
This is the first time I have used McEntee's Irish tea.I must admit to being a little disappointed with the flavour, I found it too weak even when using more of the tea than I would have usually.I found the texture of the dry tea grainy and hard and not like a leaf at all.Whereas the tea is drinkable I don't think I will buy it again.A shame, but not for me.

Delicious taste and lovely tin
This tea is delicious, it is replaced teabags in our house. You only need one dessertspoon in the pot for a good strong pot of tea and the fact it comes in a lovely storage tin, which is refillable is perfect. Highly recommended for taste and looking good in your kitchen!

Irish tea
I usually mix 125 mg red label lyons with 250 mg of pg tips. This tea was rather too 'thin' for me

Lovely Tea
Lovely tea. Fell for Irish tea on a recent trip to Dublin and decided to give this a try. Not disappointed, it makes a lovely tasting cup of tea. Very good packaging as well.

Flavourful tee
I prefer loose leaf tea and this is one of the best. It has a lovely aroma and tastes great!

Bought on a whim but terrific tea
Bought this because I needed a tea tin. Turns out the tea's actually really good. No it's not "leaf" tea but the tiny crumb-type variety, all the same, lovely flavour!
