I've only used the calipers not the included tape measure so cannot comment on that. Simple piece of kit but the pressure gauge included is absolutely necessary meaning you use the same pressure everytime. I use it just on my abdonimals only. Whilst the measurement itself is meaningless it does show the general trend of fat loss brilliantly. I'm in a considerable calorie deficit and in the last 8 days of using this have dropped from 1.2mm on my abs, to 1mm, to 0.8mm, to 0.6mm. Each time I measure around 5 times for accuracy and it's the same everytime. It's been a more accurate way to track fat loss than my scales which seem to have halted lately. I bought these because I knew I could see myself getting physically leaner in the mirror so wanted another method to confirm that doesn't rely on the scales.

This is good for the price. Difficult to use on yourself as you have to read while doing skin pinch there are some models that have a slide so you can see reading after releasing.Overall seems fairly accurate.

The caliper is good, I'm have been using for a while and it looks very accurate.

This takes a little bit of figuring around. Are you sure if you had three hands once you get the hang it does work Auto a normal tape measure that the tail issues will probably do as I hear the same thing

I've found this completely unusable and inaccurate. Firstly each line seems to represent 2mm's instead of the one. As you can see in the image there are five lines instead of ten between numbers, so each denominator must be 2mm. This is an issue because it's written so small that if like me you are reasonably lean and usually come up in between you have to guestimate what the reading is. As a 2mm variance makes a huge difference when you are a lower body fat percentage. From other calipers I have used I can usually measure half way between lines, so say 11.5mm on an abdominal fold, with these it is such a tiny movement between 10mm and 12mm it's impossible to read accurately. As the writing is so small it essentially makes it difficult to take measurements yourself (using the Jackson-Pollock technique). I have also put a second image so you can see the size difference between a normal pair and these. Don't waste your money, I really don't understand how these had such good reviews. Perhaps it's people not used to using calipers etc.The tape measure seems okay but that wasn't why I made this purchase. I won't be sending it back as I'd like to keep the tape measure and it was only cheap anyway.

Neat little kit but I did not find it to be amazingly accurate. The tape measure was not fit for purpose as the end of the tape measure was cut off by the plastic at the end by approx 54mm. Had to compare it to another tape measure and found the latter one more straight forward to use rather than doing the maths.
