Super happy with this ice maker. It's quiet and quick to make lots of ice, and everyone in the house loves the crunchy 'sonic style' ice nuggets, including our dog who comes over and sits patiently waiting for a few ice cubes as a treat whenever I turn it on. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and utterly delightful!

I bought this as a gift to myself for moving into my first apartment. This machine was the best machine ever! And as a lover of chewy/soft ice, it was perfect for my cravings and to add to my drinks. I followed the instructions with cleaning weekly and then I became noticeably sick. Lost my voice, had terrible coughs that woke me out of my sleep, runny nose, scratchy throat. I checked the machine and of course. There was mold accumulated in the second reservoir despite me cleaning every week and taking preventative measures. I have only used the machine for less than a month! I was disgusted and just didn’t feel safe deep cleaning because you can’t exactly get into the tubing and holes. I can’t return it because obviously I’ve used it and even though I had a warranty, they wouldn’t replace it because it’s not considered a defect. I contacted the company and they only offered a $10 credit towards a new machine for my situation. How ridiculous! I threw the machine away. I’m traumatized to buy another machine if it’s just going to accumulate mold in areas that I can’t get to! I would include the pictures but it looked so disgusting and made my stomach turn so I will not do that to anyone reading this. 😭 Overall disappointed with this machine, the company and my experience. If you do decide to get it, just know that if mold accumulates in your machine and you want to replace with a new machine, it’s NOT covered by the warranty so don’t even bother asking the company or Amazon.

oh my god! the smartest upgrade i’ve ever made!! the size and ice capacity are amazing for the price and it makes ice so much faster than any countertop ice maker i’ve had before. It’s super easy to use and functions as expected if not better!
