BUNNY BUSINESS The Grove Double Decker Rabbit/ Guinea Pig Hutch and Run, Brown

I have used this company beforeand had no problem. This time the hutch was damaged.Were the latch is to be screwed on on the bottom small door a chunk of wood had split and fallen off. Also on a lenghth of one of the panels on the under side a piece of the frame was broken and splintered so this needed tacking back on. I also bought the cover for the hutch and was charged for two deliveries,on delivery it came as one item which was good but being charged twice for delivery i was not happy. Other than that the hutches are value for money and turn up earlier than expected.

This was simple to construct, instructions easy to follow and all pieces went together relatively easy.We only had one issue which was with the two pieces of wood that attach to the side of the hutch for the roof to rest on as the screws were too short and we had to use glue to secure.This is a great size for our guinea pigs however would say it’s small for rabbits especially ones that grow larger.Great for the children to view the guinea pigs and easy access.The tray pulls out easily to clean and the tray can be wiped clean and disinfected with pet cage cleaner.I think it is slightly overpriced compared to other items for sale which are bigger but for our guinea pigs it is a perfect size.

The item is good quality and easy to build but it is far too small for a rabbit. Ended up selling this hutch quite soon after purchase and buying a much bigger one instead. Would not recommend for rabbits.

So happy with this wonderful hutch. Spacious, roomy and easy to clean.

The hutch is very small and quite flimsy. The description was misleading and required additional felt as the roof peak is 2 pieces of wood and would not be water tight. It could be nice size for guinea pigs, but I will have to buy another hutch when rabbits are fully grown. The removable tray does not fit right and is also gappy. If it wasn’t for the fact I’d have to pay to return the item which would have cost quite a lot, I would have returned. This will make me think twice about ordering large items from amazon in the future.
