The pictures I have toom so far are immaculate, a huge upgrade from my OnePlus 10 Pro.The phone comes with Android 14 and Samsung’s One UI 6.0, and when you tap the software version multiple times in settings, you’ll see the Android 14 “stars” logo—a clear indicator of its authenticity. Although the phone might be imported from the EU, it operates exactly like a UK model with no issues connecting to UK networks or carriers.The icing on the cake was the next-day delivery, which was handled by Royal Mail and arrived before 1 PM—a great touch from the seller. I've only had it a couple of days but so far phone is brilliant. Definitely brand new, easy to set up and arrived 2 days early. Most important hell of a lot cheaper than buying through samsung.

So far so good. I, like others was a bit worried about buying this phone for the price it was but it is absolutely spot on.I've only had it a few days so far and apart from the ordeal of transferring everything across from my old phone (a reconditioned S10 from Amazon that I've had over 4 years and has been great) it has been working well. The battery's performance is so much better than the S10. Let's hope this runs well for the next 5 plus years.

If you are going to buy an S24, then why pay over £1000.This phone is a non UK model but who cares. It doesn't make a difference. If it does then you can always flash the rom with Odin. But you won't need to.Great phone, great price, and it came 2 days early.Thank you

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to upgrade from the Note 9 and this was a perfect choice. The S pen is even better, with a quality feel to it when you take it out and put it back in.Battery life is great, I'm finally relieved of the worry of having my phone charged up enough during the day. It even offers a battery saving mode where you can restrict it to charge up to 80% to prolong the battery's life.The camera is noticeably better but it's not the best with moving objects. Samsung is known for this, unfortunately. However, when you do manage to take a still picture, the results are nice. It also records high quality video (up to 8k but I just use FHD) with 60fps for that smooth look. The zoom is impressive too. There's a lot more features on the camera to explore and even an 'expert raw' that you can install separately if you wanted to.It feels pristine and has a high quality feel when holding it. I like to take it out of the case when I'm home. I found it wasnt much bigger than the Note 9, just slightly thicker and longer. But the sharp corners make it a little less comfortable and I had terrible cramps in my hand when I first started using it - but they've gone now so it doesn't last forever and you get used to it when you learn how to hold it.The speakers give a pretty good, crisp sound. It can be turned up to a pretty high volume but I don't think it would need to be turned up all the way too often.The One UI gives you a lot of customisation and a lot of features to explore and play around with. I find the AI in the image editing to be more of a novelty and something to have a laugh with than a legitimate tool but that's just me.I was originally going to go for the Pixel 8 Pro for the lower price but as this was on offer, I had to go for it. Under £900 for a flagship phone is an absolute bargain!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!The Screen Shattered after 3 months even though there was no impact to cause this.Samsung normally offer a paid service to repair a phone but DECLINED to repair this phone stating it had not been purchased in the UK or EU, when it has been purchased through Amazon UK. I then contacted the Supplier,through Amazon, who confirmed that the phone is WITHOUT A MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY! This has occurred just outside the Amazon return period. I expect better from Amazon selling a High Value item that is a B grade product, without clearly stating this in the product description. One of the key reasons for purchasing from Amazon is that they issue a full refund if the product you get is not what is stated on the box. I hope this will be the case in this instance.
