Yes, it was shrink wrapped. Just remove from the wrapper, shake and lay flat! Wrinkles will disappear like magic. My Great-granddaughter (16, out-of-state) says it's nice and comfy!

Q: Can I iron it? It’s wrinkled!

The wrinkles fall out. Not sure about ironing.
