Cracked upon arrival - poor packaging
Needed for an event, so not enough time to send back. The quality of the product seems good though.

No feet and still waiting
The BBQ if fabulous but arrived with NO FEET we have emailed and asked as do not want to send back the whole thing and three weeks later still no reply or answer so its a shame as the actual item is great but customer services and the issues had spoilt what could have been 100%.
