I've taken this sleep supplement for a few nights now, and I'm not convinced that it works. I still wake up earlier than I hope for, and my quality of sleep doesn't feel better. 3 stars because it doesn't have a bad taste and didn't have any negative side effects. Probably wouldn't hurt to try.

You absolutely have to try this product. It's true it doesn't work for everyone, but you won't know until you try it for yourself. I have been using thus every night for 18 months with great success. I started with one pill then after a few days went to 2. I sleep deeply and without any groggy feeling in the AM. I have tried other products, but this works the best for me, so Give it a try. PS. Their customer service is excellent too

Hmmm, this may be premature but I started using this on Jan 23rd. Sleep seems better, for the first two weeks of using this product. Note: I also use 750 mg of Magnesium.During the 3rd week, I started using 1 G (1,000 mg) of magnesium and I have seen better sleep these past several nights, waking up for only brief time (5 - 10 min vs 1 - 2 hours). My awake time at work also appears to be better, less coffee and more awake.I have to note that I have been taking various sleeping products, including prescribed meds, at higher dosages and only getting mediocre sleep. Occasionally, I have had to take time off of sleep medications and OTC products because I was nodding off during work hours and weekends (taking naps as well).After 3 1/2 weeks on this product and magnesium, I am reading / studying on the weekends without the need for copious amounts of coffee or taking naps.So, I am going to give it another shot and order it one more time to see if this is a fluke or what. For me, this is completely to good to be true.... this is from a guy who has been on sleep meds of some kind or another for 10 years and who does not want to stay on sleep meds of any kind...Lastly, my goal is to reduce that amount of magnesium. So, be careful in how much you use, start low at 250mg, depending on your body mass - I'm a big guy, 212 with more muscle than fat.

Bottom line: If you struggle with *staying asleep*, I would not recommend this. No effect whatsoever. I returned it.I added one star, in fairness, as I have yet to find a true long term sleep solution (in a supplement or pharmaceutical) after decades of research and experimentation.FYI I typically have no problems falling asleep (once I'm in bed and have my phone turned off!).

I believe this is a good product but unfortunately I had to discontinue taking after the 3rd night. I was scratching all night which prevented me from falling asleep (I was sleepy) each night. It was pretty bad. Once I stopped taking them I stopped scratching. Still not able to sleep. I will have to try something else.

Why in the world would I try this on a work day. Sigh.Well, I got about 3 hours of sleep with this product and I think that was only because I was so tired and these started to wear off.They seemed to actually keep me awake amd on top of that male me naseaus for a few hours. I do not have issues falling asleep, its the staying asleep that's the problem.For 3 hours I layed in bed not being able to fall asleep (yes I was tired). Just laying there.After that every hour I woke up.No idea what the hype was about.Will they refund an open bottle?Back to Unisom.
