This thing is awesome I love that I can set it for a length of time by using the app. Woke up this morning and the aroma filled the house.I am very pleased with this item as well as the price.

Fantastic product, but mine came during a snowstorm and the driver put mine out in the rain instead of on my porch. So the screen does not work on mine so I cannot set the timer, but it does at least work somewhat. I would recommend this product just maybe buy the extended warranty. I know it says it has a one year warranty but I have sent emails and not heard anything back. So I’m just dealing with what I have and it works OK It just does not cover anything but a small room right now because I cannot turn it up. But it is a very quality main unit and I have tried others that look similar but branded differently and I would say this is a go to. Get the warranty. It’s cheap enough. I was going to get five stars, but the fact that I’ve not been replied to and they claim a one year review makes me question the companies authenticity. But please do not let that deter you because the product itself seems great my screen this is not work and I’m sure that’s because of moisture/water.

The media could not be loaded. Actually a very good diffuser, especially given the price point with the $20 off coupon that is currently included. Output and throw is good. Remember though that it will only be as good (or strong) as the oil you use. Essential oils that are diffused into the air are NOT the place to skimp. Do some research and fine a brand that is free of toxins, chemicals and are pet and people safe to breath.As with any diffuser, especially the waterless type like this one, YOU HAVE TO MAINTAIN IT or it will clog….and clogging equals 🟰 leaking. Every two or three weeks, empty the bottle of oil, add a bit of plain ol’ rubbing alcohol, the cheap stuff you can get in any store, and run the diffuser for 10-15 minutes. This helps to dissolve and dislodge any accumulated oil that could clog the diffusing mechanism. It’s also super important to screw the oil jar into the diffuser TIGHTLY…this will also prevent leaking. If you’re going to spend good money on high quality oils (and you should, for reasons mentioned above) then the last thing you want is for them to be wasted from leaks and clogs that are totally preventable.The app is a pain to set up, but it does work. I have mine set to come on every morning at 8am and go off every evening at 8pm. I’ve been using mine mine for a couple of months now and it looks like the oil in the bottle has hardly been used…oils last so much longer in these types of waterless diffusers! Also, I suggest checking it once a week or so by opening up the top and peeking in to be sure there are no sign of leaking or clogs. I really like mine. 👍🏻👍🏻One another important note…this is fairly loud 🤷🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️. I have mine up on top of a china cabinet in the dining room, which is a good central spot for it, and we can hear it from the kitchen and living room area. It doesn’t bother us, and we don’t even notice it anymore, but if you’re looking for something silent or nearly silent, this would not be it. See my video for use of output and sound.

These are really good diffusers for a sort term. If you have a problem and it's passed the return time. It's impossible to contact seller or get any help from Amazon! I spent 2 hours talking to Amazon customer service and was finally told there's nothing they could do. But this works really well while it's working. It covers 1000 square feet. Not 1500! I bought 2 of them.

The humidifier is so great. It was very easy to install. I’ve been using it for over 3 months now, and it’s been a lovely experience. It seems durable. The design is very sleek and looks nice too. So far I’ve not experienced any issues like leakage or anything. It’s not loud like some of the other humidifiers. Overall, highly recommend!!

If you’re looking to buy an oil diffuser that works, you’ve found it. You can control it from the machine or the app, and you can adjust the times the machine comes on and off and for how long.

Worked fine for a while. I entered both of my emails today to sign in since I am experiencing problems with it. It shows neither of my emails are registered. I am very frustrated with it. No idea how to reach a person to speak to about it. Shopping for a new one now. I purchased in August a year ago. It’s May now. And it is noisy.

Works well. Only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because the device only works while you are within Bluetooth range. So say you are out of the home 3/4 of the time your home won’t be smelling of aroma until you step in the door.
