This makes everything much crispier. We are enjoying using it. Tastes great!

Good flavor
This lard adds a nice flavor to whatever I cook in it. It's not hydrogenated like the cheap lard, so no worries about heart health. It does need to be stored in the refrigerator though.

Lard Makes Everything Taste Better
This is a huge tub of lard! The size surprised me on its arrival. This will last for months! I love using lard to enhance the flavor of home-cooked meals like fried rice and refried beans. Can't wait to try a carnitas recipe and do some baking soon! The lard was super creamy, and my fried rice tasted better than usual with just a tablespoon. Highly recommend!

Not leaf lard
A slight flavor that doesn’t effect cooking or baking but next time I will get the more expensive leaf lard.
