This chain and link hula hoop is awesome and a work out!
I bought this product because I really need to lose weight and all the other fitness equipment I bought takes a lot of effort to use especially since I am not in good health. Once I opened up this product it was super easy to put together. The instructions are super clear in how to use this product and it was a cinch to put together. It took me awhile to get my rhythm going but once I got moving I didn't want to stop. I think this is a lot easier to work out with then a traditional hula hoop. Just be careful when swinging the small weight around because it will make some noise. This was fun and I love this product. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I will use this product with my clients who want to lose weight.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (PLEASE READ!)
(Note: I was not offered anything in return for a 5 star review, but I’d take another one, because free stuff is fun and I do LOVE this product!)Let’s get some things straight here, for all of you who decided to one ⭐️ rate this product.•It cost me $20, which is a fantastic price point. If I reduced my eating habits by $20/month, that would probably also be helpful for combatting those pesky extra lbs.•Some people said it broke within a month. I can see if people aren’t following the instructions it could possibly break easily, as it is plastic, but when I followed the instructions as to how to swap out the links (which is more of a pressing the links back, against each other, rather than trying to pry/squeeze/pull as I originally thought) it was pretty easy. (Second Note: Children see the extra links as something akin to train tracks, so my two year old grandchild just kept running around with them yelling “toot toot”, though I think she meant “choo-choo”. Fun for the whole family!)•There are a number of reviews that suggest that it’s “doesn’t go around the track easily or often”. I did find that upon trying it as my daughter laughed at me and suggested I wasn’t doing it right. She was correct, though. It does take a few rounds to get the hang of it. I found that tossing the weight in the aim of centrifugal force got it going, but it takes engaging your muscles like you’re dancing or hula hooping (pretty much all of them) to keep it moving, which does take practice. And when I say “practice”, I mean, I received it at 6pm and was good to go after trying it a few times between 6 and 9pm.I think that the reason we’re all trying this product is probably because we’re all pretty lazy and avoiding the gym — so give it a REAL shot, everyone! Even if we had to replace it 1x/month (which is not the case) it saves us the gym membership fee and the discomfort that IS THE GYM.•That said, I am lazy AF and HATE gyms, but I love acting silly and laughing, so this product is perfect! I wouldn’t want to whip it out at a tea party for the queen, but I’m pretty sure I’d avoid all exercise if I could, so let’s all take a pause for the cause and recognize that while funny looking to do, so is sex and humans do that all the time.•The “engaging all your muscles” part is probably the best part of this product. The exercise itself forces you to engage basically all the muscles below your waist, but because of the weight, you also need to keep your arms up and engaged (lest your goofy, non-gym-going self drops it’s guard, lowers its arms and interferes with the rotation of the weight) so there’s an overall common sense factor about how this product helps as a “whole body” product for exercise.•For the people who said it’s “too loud”. Do you typically exercise in abject silence? Throw some tunes on and get to it! Or try your odds at a gym, where you can more easily listen to men grunt and Taylor swift remixes.Bottom Line: Yes, it’s a bit goofy, but it will make you laugh and laughter is also good for your abs. And your body. And your mental health, which is also good for your abs and your body — just make sure you don’t knock a kid or a lamp or your drink in the face (yes, I did add answers in the questions section). Also — PLEASE make me your product spokesperson, because this product is awesome for $20. (And no, I’m still not getting a coupon or a product for my stellar review, but hopefully I will now!)

Challenging!
Very challenging but also very effective!

All in all not my fave
I was looking for something I could easily do passively while watching a movie or show. It overall was too difficult to find the proper momentum to get the “spin” to last for even 10 sec consecutively. The only real way to get it to start spinning is by throwing it around, and then moving your body ir’s hard to get it to spin to your rythym. Obviously it’s good quality and easy to assemble and detach just doesn’t work the way I was wanting it to.

Super Fun and Easy to Assemble
I bought this because I didn't have enough space in my apartment for an actual hula hoop and heard awesome reviews about this product. So far, the reviews haven't lied. I've been using this product for the past 2 months and it hasn't broken and feels like a pretty good exercise. It does make some noise so I won't suggest to use it at night time. Also people say that it causes bruising but I just add on an extra link and so far no bruising! It feels like a great exercise and it does a nice job at breaking sweat. Adding or taking off links is also super easy and the product itself seems sturdy. I say this is a great buy and highly suggest buying it!

Does more than make me giggle like an 8-year-old playing with her hula hoop...
I'm seeing a tightening up of that squishy, mac and cheese-related middle part! At 51, you know, everything kind of starts doing it's own thing, going it's own direction, so why not fight back and have a lot of fun in the process??! Do allow plenty of room to use it - I may have sent a pewter vase on a coffee table flying, but I quickly learned to swivel in the opposite direction as the swirling weight, taking tiny steps as I do, sort of... You'll figure it out! Have fun, tighten up that muffin-top, squeeze back into that gorgeous summer dress that has got to have the wrong size on the label - - - yeah, it's the label that makes it not fit when I'm convinced it should... ;) I'm going to stick with it. That dress is the goal! I do believe it's having an effect, subtle, but very encouraging! Oh, and it arrived incredibly fast, like, NEXT DAY fast, and seems like it's really well made, easy to put together. I'm ecstatic to have found it!

Not sure!
I don't know if I got a defective hoop, or if I'm just uncoordinated and can't make it go.I have tried and tried to make this this go round, but it doesn't. It might make two or three laps and stops. I'm about to die just trying that, and I think it only does that because I've thrown it with my hands. It's a very rough track, so I dont know how it can stay spinning at all. I've even tried just spinning it using my arms and I makes a clinking sound like a roller coaster going up the track. So, I'm almost sure I had to get a defective one. There is no possible way this hoop could go on its own, with just movement with hips.I really wanted this to work because of all the great things I've heard :(

Nice.
It does what it says. It's a great way to exercise without leaving the house. It is a little tricky to take off and add links but I figured it out eventually. It's a little noisy but nothing too bad - I have neighbours and no complaints. I found the repetitive motion was giving me blisters on my feet (tried with and without shoes) so I eventually stopped using it but I might try again in the future. A little bulky if you're tight on storage space.
