This review is for the XINGGM XM-01 Individual Golf Irons or Golf Irons Set - Premium Men Golf Club Iron with Steel Shaft for Right Hand Golfers Stiff Flex. This is similar to the clubs I have been swinging on the golf course. They are nicely weighted, and the grips feel secure. If I had to choose between this club and my current Cobra club, I almost prefer this one more. It’s in a normal price range. Hopefully this club holds up to the quality build that it seems to have. If it does, I’ll be ordering more to add to the set.

I got this because I needed a rescue club for when I’m up against a tree on the wrong side. Full disclosure, I am normally left handed, but this 3 iron is right handed! I had to learn to golf right handed years ago because no lefty’s were available for me.This iron has the look and finish of my 60 degree wedge so it doesn’t look out of place in my bag. It’s still winter here so I tried it out from my practice mat. At first, I thought it felt a little heavy, but the swing and follow through felt just fine. Loft was exactly what I expect from a 3 iron and control was not bad. The distance was pretty impressive, managing the same distance as my 5 iron, about 150 yards. No comments allowed from the peanut gallery, I’m old and can’t hit like a 20-something! The grip feels good, no need to hang on tight. I like a standard flex shaft, so this club, being a stiff one, feels, well, stiff.I can’t comment on the durability of the finish since I’ve only hit off the practice mat, but after two years of play with my Pings, they are showing wear, so hit the balls, clean off the dirt and keep playing. If I were new to golf, I would be filling my bag with these for 1/3 of the price I paid for name brand clubs.

My husband found good ball explosion off the club face, although the length was slightly longer than expected for a 3 iron. Nonetheless, the grip was exceptionally comfortable, and the club felt well-balanced throughout the swing. Considering its performance and affordability, it's definitely an excellent value for the price.
