Great item
Purchased for our first baby.We have found this item so easy to use.The bottles come up clean and dry which makes life much easier, especially when there is so much to do for your little one.The wash, sterilise and dry cycle seems long but if you plan and remember to put on thats not a problem. We have super hard water so we so regularly clean the machine with white vinegar.I would definitely recommend the item.My only criticism is the cost of the tablets needed, they are a little steep in my opinion.

The best baby product I have ever bought!!!!
Not sure what the people posting bad reviews are doing wrong because this is simply the best purchase I have ever made. I bought this for baby number three. I used to get terrible anxiety about just getting the baby down (with my other two) and then having to spend a long time hand washing bottles, waiting for them toSterilise before I could make them up. But now, as soon as I have four dirty bottles (I use MAM glass bottles) I pop them in, turn it on, and 88 minutes later they are ready to be made up. I have 6 bottles on rotation, which works perfectly for us. The washer washes really well, I always rinse away any big bits of residue first because it’s a simple washer, and not magic 😂, bottles in the bottom and teats, lid and cap all fit in the top (with the right configuration). I use a simple vinegar solution to descale, which works well, and fill the tank with Brita filtered water to stop so much limescale build up. I genuinely cannot understand what other people are expecting, but for me it’s been a dream and I would recommend it to anyone who is willing to spend the money.

Caution: Washing cycle is not hygienic
I have been using it for three weeks, but it has not been working properly. The problems I have faced so far are:1.It does not rinse bottles properly, and I can always see detergent residue left on baby items.2. I usually rinse bottles in the sink before loading them, but I tested a couple of milky bottles without rinsing to see if the washer could rinse all parts of the trays thoroughly. I noticed that the water fountain does not reach the top tray properly, leaving milk residue on teats and bottle rings. Those who think this machine works properly can easily test its washing cycle this way. They definitely have not found yet that those white spots left on baby stuff are milk residue but has been dried over dry cycle.3.errors: I have encountered several error messages, including H20, E5, and “!”. Despite following all troubleshooting instructions available online, the errors continue to appear during different cycles.4.It cannot complete a single cycle without showing an error. For example, when I try to run a “wash only” cycle, it always shows an error and cannot complete the cycle.5.I descaled it recently and even during descaling, the machine displayed errors. I had to fix errors and redo descaling several times before it finally completed.6. I can confirm that the residue is not caused by minerals in the water. It is clearly milk and detergent residue. The above-mentioned problems are not related to hard water at all, as I only used tap water for one week before switching to distilled water. Despite this, the residue continues to appear. In addition, I have a dishwasher that runs on tap water, and there are no mineral residue inside it or on the dishes.7. I also tested the baby brezza machine functionality by washing baby bottles by hand and then placing them in the Baby Brezza only for sterilising and drying. In this case, no residue appeared. I have attached a photo showing how clean the bottles are when not washed with the Baby Brezza wash cycle, compared to when they are.All of this evidence strongly indicates that the device’s functionality is faulty.Considering infant hygiene and health, as well as the time and money I have invested in the device, detergent, and descaling tablets(very high maintenance cost), I am very dissatisfied with its functionality and highly recommend avoiding this machine.

Excellent
Didn’t give it five stars as it only washes 4 bottles at a time, would have given more if it fit more than four bottles in each wash. Worth the money and very easy to install and use. Quite large so you do need the counter space for it.

Amazing!
This little (well, not so little) machine has changed our lives! We absolutely love it. It makes life so much easier, even if it only does 4 bottles at a time. It’s easy to use, I don’t think an 88 minute cycle is bad. I have twins and it’s still amazing. It fits MAM bottles easily (yes the large ones, you just need to get the nack of how to arrange them).

Incorrect description of what is included
No breast pump included despite what it says on the box. I complained about this but so far haven't heard anything back

Poor sensor design and quick to malfunction
Fails to start, trouble shooting fails, generally poor quality. Hugely time wasting.

Fit for purpose
The media could not be loaded. The machine is big and takes over an hour to wash and sterilise - If I have the time it’s quicker to do it by hand! The largest mam bottles don’t actually fit but the machine is fit for purpose and better than not having it.NB I already put the detergent tablet in the machine before filming
