I didn’t buy this expecting a miracle because my clear coat is badly peeling, most likely needs sanded and clear coated or paint job. I won’t be able to give it a second coat because I thought the cap was on this little medicine like bottle, I leaned forward wiping the fender, bottle tucked behind my arm brace, I heard the splat, I didn’t even get the whole car covered, but I can say, the oxidized section under the windshield which looked silver, black on the mirrors, the trim & the roof rack which was looking purpley, I can’t believe how they restored! I’ve waxed so many oxidized vehicles, I wish I had this! Apply, wipe off excess! No WAX ON WAX OFF..I want to say there’s a bad review, there’s a soapy sponge, bucket, L Oxide and the guy claiming it doesn’t work, if he used it with soapy water, it won’t work, that pic should be taken down because so many people don’t read directions! This isn’t car soap.I used what was on the rag for half the roof rack , under windshield looks brand new! I was going to run by my handicap neighbor and hit his oxidized spots! If you have oxidized paint, there’s no way this didn’t fix it!

Product is garbage did not work on my black car, I have a Acura Rsx Type S 2004. Smh it didn’t work at all I gen sanded down the car smh no good small bottle smh GUYS DO NKT GET TRUST ME!❌ It’s just a shiner that’s all just smells like lemon balm

The negative reviews I've read are from people who are absolutely putting it on incorrectly.This is NOT a polishing or refinishing compound. What I suspect it does is reconstitute damaged clearcoat, similar to how using a bit of mineral spirits can reconstitute damaged finishes on wood. I used it on some areas with very heavy oxidization (white powdery stuff) and it made it blend with the paint again. From a short distance it now looks fine, it looks 1,000% better than it did, but it is not a substitute for redoing your clearcoat.It DID NOT make the rough spots go away or smooth anything out and I wasn't expecting it to. That's not what this is used for. If that's what you're wanting to do, you'll have to strip and reapply the clearcoat. I suspect this product is what used car sellers use to touch up spots of oxidization without having to redo the whole finish.You will absolutely have to get all of the sap, dirt and loose oxidization off first, otherwise it won't work. It's not hard. All I did was use a firm sponge to get the loose stuff off without actually scouring the finish; the instructions say you can use a fine grit finishing sandpaper (1k grit or higher) to smooth the clearcoat but I didn't find that necessary and my clearcoat was in fairly rough shape. I got the loose stuff off and wiped the dust off with a cloth. The entire process from start to finish took about 15 minutes for the whole hood, roof runners beside the moonroof, the runner above the windshield, and a few spots under the front windows. It took about a quarter of the bottle.The instructions say that the contents are enough to do two entire vehicles, but I seriously doubt that. Regardless, there's more than enough to do a single vehicle.

This item works good temporarily but after washing car it went back to same condition in my one vehicle.Maybe I need more of this product to try more work on it.

I believe this is an EXCELLENT product. I think most of the negative reviewers are either expecting their car to look perfect afterward, lack the patience to do this correctly or did not follow the directions exactly. This product seems to act something like a sealant that kind of fills in the imperfections to make them much LESS visible. Not invisible. Let’s be real. We can’t expect perfection at this low price. Also, the small container goes a long way, so use it sparingly. I bought the two pack. It takes some time to dry which leads me to believe if you allow it to set in properly, it may actually last awhile. OH, AND DON’T FORGET THE SECOND APPLICATION! I did the first yesterday and will do the second in 2-4 days.
