So I've had these for about 5-6 months now and I absolutely notice the difference if I stay consistent with use and actually exercising my jaw. I'm still only on the first step or level and try to use every other day or third day to stay consistent and not with my skincare moisture routine that my problem area in the jowls and jawline with aging and cologen loss and being revitalized. I also like that it's a comfortable fit in the mouth compared to those round shape jaw exercisers make me gag. The product does what it says it does but after so long like everything else the silicone gets softer and is not as much force needed to bite down . They are big but not to big for a male.and theu seem to be a quality product

It is to big to fit properly and to hard.

Start doing gentle exercise with the lowest resistance and work your way up over the following weeks. You will feel and see the difference.

Started getting intense pain on the left side of my face, CT scans, blood tests, and finally an appointment with a head and neck surgeon determined I had pulled a muscle in my jaw and was suffering from TMJ. I thought it was great at first, used exactly as directed chew for 15 seconds then take it out and wait a couple minutes before going again did a total of like 5 reps a day for a week before TMJ symptoms started. It’s a good product but use with caution TMJ sucks and hurts like hell.

Just for this product and tried it out today. I could feel it working and strengthening the muscles in my jaw and face. My facial and jaw muscles all felt activated. Nice packaging and presentation too. Nicely made.

This product works, no doubt. You fell the face muscle response. However, if you have crowns or veneers it uncomfortable. I modified my unit with sharp knife and used. My jawline is more pronounced.
