I like them. i'm a 10 with thin feet. ordered a 9.5. toe is at the front and they still slide off my heel! why??

We are sorry to know these shoes in size 9.5 don't fit. We don't have different widths for these shoes, so we are afraid size 10 will be long. You may need to return these shoes for a refund.

Do you make the size of the shoes Wide?

I'm sorry to say we don't have a wide version of these shoes yet. Hope we'll have one in the future.

Are the insoles removable?

Yes, you can remove the insoles which seem to add comfort in themselves. You could replace them with a preferred insole. Without an insole, the shoe has no padding.
