Like the newer model that it now changed the hot/cold water from knob to push button style to be easy for soapy hand. Also the feature to adjust the hand held show head holding angle is the reason I finally chose this product. Many other similar products or the older model of this product is in fixed angle to hold the show head, not flexible for usage. Water pressure is good., Also it now allows water spray out from both rainfall and hand held part at the same time.A bit confusion initially is the button usage that when it is push in which means to stop/"OFF" and pop-out means "ON". Guess this is related to the design of mechanical valve and makes sense. Also will see how long it lasts. Overall a very elegant design and heavy duty good product to recommend.

This product is exactly as described the design is absolutely beautiful and the water pressure is amazing. Came in well protected as well.

Despite almost breaking our contractor, this shower is amazing, looks great, feels great, quality materials, and has a fabulous customer care team ready to help.The diverted handle (bottom) turns toward the hot/cold water indicators to change the temp. My contractor was convinced the water indicators were reveresed and that the top of the “S” was like an arrow and that the top of the “S” served as the temperature indicator. He was wrong lol.Anyway, despite the moaning and groaning about that imagined issue with the diverted plate and the increased install complexity of the plumbing… the shower head works flawlessly. The rain head is amazing, the hand held convenient and powerful, and the customer service was phenomenal. I do not believe they’re working in any US time zones though just so you know… the responses I got from them came around 2:30-3:30 AM EST. They were even willing to make a custom face plate with the indicators relocated if that was what I needed. Thanks for the offer, I got lucky though! Thank you for the great product and service as well. Now to clean up after this reno! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Functionally the unit is terrific, good value, easy installation. However, I’ve had this in service for about a year and the finish of the hand held hose is chipping badly and we don’t use it heavily. Repeatedly tried calling and emailing the customer service lines and have had no answer or reply. Although there is a 10 year mfg warranty, try and get it!

Bought this for a recent master bath redo. Winvestment. The finish is classic, but edgy and looks expensive. You can use the overhead or hand wand or both at the same time. Plumber said installation was easy. Looks great. Huge diameter on the showerhead with great coverage of the body. It feels like standing under a rainfall.The shower head also tilts. The hand wand is the perfect length to wash down all the walls and has a strong spray. If it matters to you, please note that you cannot change the spray type on the hand wand, but we don't care about that as it is a feature we seldom used on our last set-up. In fact, we use the hand wand more than the shower head sometimes. Overall worthy investment.

This shower system works great. I bought two sets. They provide comfortable showering experience. One of them stopped working after about 10 months. But they have a limited lifetime warranty. I contacted the manufacturer. Their support people are in China. I often get emails from them close to midnight here in the west coast. :D They determined that the cartridge needed to be replaced. They shipped a cartridge as well as two check valves and a brass lock nut at my request. I messed up the threads on the original lock nut. I replaced all these parts but found the water couldn't be stopped by the lever. I emailed with the support back and forth trying to troubleshoot. They were finally able to get some parts back in supply on Amazon and sent me another cartridge to try. This time it worked and I got my shower back working well. Great support from Dan. He's great to work with and he has good English skills. Thank you.

Been using this since Janurary 2023. Was simple to install using PEX. Pressure tested it for 3 days no leaks before sealing up the wall. The white noise created by the waterfall effect of the shower head feels and sounds great as well. Wand feature is handy for cleaning as well. a la semana dejo de mezclar el agua, ya no funciono el cuadro que controla la presion de agua claiente a fria, no lo recomiendo por lo pronto tengo que usarlo de manera directa con los botones ya que la mezcladora no funcina

I purchased this to use in my outdoor shower at my cottage, I connected it to a Fogotti propane hotwater on demand system (works great) where the problem lies is hot water on demand systems have a constant hot water temperature so no cold water mixing is required, but if you don’t have water pressure on both the hot and cold input lines the valve won’t open and zero water comes out. The work around is to T the hot water output and run the hot out to both the cold and hot then the unit works, it would have been nice if the installation manual actually made reference to this. Otherwise the unit works fine.

This is a very nice product. Updated a bathroom.Water flo is great with all the jets. Highly recommend.

The SunRise shower system is beautifully designed and crafted, an excellent value. Every detail has been addressed with care and precision from delivery to installation. Even gloves are included to protect the components while installing. The shower system is very well packaged for shipping and individual components are well protected. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The mixer is very high quality, the valves operate smoothly, and all components are beautifully finished. The rain shower flows evenly and is very comfortable. Very pleased and buying a second system for a new bath. Highly recommended!

Update.After talking with customer support they were able to pinoint the problem and send new cover which fits perfectly. Thank youVery disappointed to find out that plate won't fit. Probably due to cheap machining.
