Taste's like Sencha to me...
Was greeted with a reassuring fresh grass like aroma when opening the vacuum sealed foil pack. The leaves are smaller and less stalky than the product picture - see attached photo - but they plump nicely in the pot and make a great cuppa on a par with how clear spring used to be years ago...It's a Chinese company but it says product of Japan on the label.So far so good!

It is a bit weak comparing to other Senchas and the "shards" are too small, but it's drinkable.
