The straps work decently enough. However, I have noticed in certain excercies and lifts, because of the angle, the metal loop digs into your wrist quite painfully.

These cushioned lifting straps made of neoprene surprised me just when I thought my gym development had reached a standstill. These straps have changed my life drastically. After trying it for an hour for lifting it became very very uncomfortable and I couldn’t be able to ise it anymore, because this lifting straps need more foam pads to support your wrist.
