Great value and quality. Gives both heat and flavour to all dishes requiring chilli flakes. Not as hot as the usual ground chilli flakes. I prefer this.

A unique flavour - part paprika, part Cayenne, well worth adding to your spice rack and you get a surprisingly large amount - so great value.

Good value for money are these flakes and good quality. Heat level is mild yet great aroma. Bigger sized pot than I expected.

Flakes like chilli but nowhere as strong.It has a unique warm taste and it tastes amazing.I experimented for the first time with a red lentils soup, with a bit of onion, garlic, potato, carrot which I fried in extra virgin olive oil. I added water and the rinced red lentils, with powdered cumin, coriander and of course aleppo pepper After 25 minutes, it was cooked and I mixed the soup. But the most delicious which really enhances the flavour of the soup, was to add some more aleppo pepper in hot olive oil and add the mixture to the top of the soup. I really love this aleppo chilli flakes pepper. I look forward to experimenting with it. Next will be fried eggs with aleppo pepper.It is also delicious when you add it to fried garlic, and then add black nero kale to fry and when done, adding cooked spaghetti.I am very happy with my purchase, delicious and comes in a big jar.
