Surprisingly useful for what was clearly mass produced in China. Way better than the old one we had. Only drawback is the design lets less water through when open, but on the plus side less food goes down the drain.

This seemed like an ideal replacement for our existing plug that wasn’t working too well. No need to fit it, it just slots in. It was an OK stop gap for a while, but we soon noticed water building up around it because it creates a ridge. However you can live with that, making sure you remove the whole thing to clean the sink.But our Ninja plug simply fell apart after 3 and a half months.I strongly recommend not buying one of these.I also recommend that Ninja withdraws them from the market, because you expect more from the brand and this plastic rubbish is simply not up to standard.

I bought these for my composite sink as I was tired of having to clean out the waste trap. In this instance they certainly worked at collecting the food particles which tend to escape when washing up. The but is they do not fit my drainage hole very well, they sit slightly proud and because of this there is always a pool of water left in the bottom of the sinks. Apart from this they are well made with good suction so water doesn’t escape

Unfortunately it seems the rubber anti-odor sealing ring is too rigid, or the device too light, and it flexes pushing the mechanism out of the sink. Have had to trim it off to get it to sit properly. The measurements listed don't seem to match. Shame as seemed to be the answer to my problem.

I really like the idea of these. Simply press down to remove the water and then lift the centre part to take out the strainer. The only thing I don't like is because they are higher than the plug hole some water does remain in the sink and I like a dry sink.They are solid little devices, good quality and worth the money. Easy to install, simply push down and the suction holds it in place.
