Fantastic kit I use it for gluten-free sourdough. It’s exactly what I needed. Not to mention. It comes with the scale and the scale is awesome. It’s extremely accurate and I’ve put it through a lot of tests the rest the kids great too, but that scale didn’t expect it. In the kit size it’s amazing storage capacity exactly what I need for my starters great quality and again the scale loan is valued for the money let alone in the whole kit amazing quality. Definitely worth the money.

I had been making sourdough for a few months and it was fun but a bit of a struggle. This has all the tools I needed to make it so much easier. I don't get why the spatula isn't longer but maybe I just need to adjust

I’m brand new to making sourdough so take my review with a grain of salt. I really hate this jar. It’s massively huge. There’s really no point to the band because I can’t even lower it far enough to where my starter is. Also, why does it have ml measurements which are completely useless when everything in my recipe relies on grams? It’s really not very helpful. At least I can use the scale and the spatula thing even though everything sticks to it.
