This is another one of those 'natural' supplements which purport to be a natural testosterone booster for men, and I was intrigued to try it having seen it mentioned alongside other popular herbal supps such as Turkesteron and Tongkat Ali.No i will say I've definitely noticed a difference with those two, but so far, I can't honestly say I've noticed any improvement in my energy or recovery since taking Fadogia, so it's hard to tell if it's working, or if I just need to give it some more time. I believe in giving things a fair trial, and will complete the whole bottle, and if I feel it's working better over time I'll happily come back and edit my review, but for now I'm afraid it's rather 'meh, don't really feel any difference' but don't feel any worse either, so if you want to give it a try, why not?Pretty typical really, standard sized gel caps in a screw-top container. Double sealed which is always good. They're tasteless and easy to swallow. 120 capsules is 4 months supply, but I'd agree with other reviewers that perhaps the dosage is too low to be effective? Going to do a bit of research and consider doubling up to see if that makes any difference, but at that we'd not really be getting great value for money so that's something to consider.As is, they're not too expensive for four months worth, and no harm in giving them a go, but I'm really not convinced they're giving me any preceivable benefits, yet!

I have been very fortunate to have been aware of this supplement since the turn of 2024, it has hit the socials very quickly, being spoken about, promoted and i have formulations at home with other supplements included so it looks like it is going to be around for a while.It was a very easy decision to review some products from Vinco, as i have used a number of their supplements and i have found them to be effective and their dosages well researched.This Fadogia Agrestis at 20:1 ratio is a strong potency, higher than most that you could probably find online, so that certainly ticks a box for me.Its very much a single capsule dosage per day, i take most of mine in the morning with breakfast and a good sized glass of water.We have a gluten free tick and Vegan suitable, so for those people with those points to check off, this also keeps the market very open to everyone.I have found myself over the last couple of months, that with some of the supplements i certainly get through a day much easier, in terms of energy levels and general focus, not getting easily tired, which at 52yrs as an overweight male, can very much be order of the day.I often take 3-4-5 days away from a range of supplements i find it helpful as it becomes quite apparent with the some of the energy issues and tiredness creep back into the day to day routine when you are not using supplements.That is my honest and best advice when it comes to any of these supplements in the energy type sector, take them for a while and then stop taking them, things you seem to overcome with a supplement, then become apparent again, certainly a week after you stop taking them.That is why i am very pleased about a number of supplements now on the market and Vinco certainly appear to be across them all which is great for customer confidence that you are not just buying stuff you dont need, or cannot detect any change in your general well being.
