Damaged inner seal.. no return or refunds
The media could not be loaded. The bottle lid arrived popped up and the inner seal bubbled up and distorted. The capsules look fine but it does not seem safe to consume them due to the safety seal issue. Great value if you can get a bottle delivered in good shape. FYI No return or refund is available for this item. Amazon customer care for Prime members had to be contacted (which is a bit of a run around through the system to speak with someone in order to obtain a resolution).
