These men's adidas shoes have a lightweight mesh upper with a Geofit collar for secure lockdown. The Lightstrike midsole keeps you close to the court for fast footwork, while ENERGYRODS offer propulsion in the forefoot, support in the midfoot and stability in the heel.

I play Pickleball multiple times per week, these are noticeably more comfortable than the ubersonic model. Love that they come 13.5

I simply love them
Light, firm yet comfortable and durable so far. Excellent support and traction. They look good too.

Good Shoe, Short Lifespan
These shoes lasted about 4 months with regular pickleball play. That's a very short lifespan. They were agile and good shoes otherwise.

Warn out after less than a month
Really liked these at first as they provided great support. Was extremely surprised to see the base of the shoe was completely warn out in less than a month. They really need to improve the overall durability of this shoe!

NOT FOR EVERYONE
Adidas Cybersonic notes: After wearing these shoes around the house for one day, I had no complaints. The Cybersonic is more streamlined than the new Barricade or Sole Court Boosts (one of the top then all-time favorite tennis shoes) so they do wrap the foot more than those models and have less room in the toe-box than they do. I would say they run at least a half size smaller – if not more. You immediately feel the “Energy Rods” effect on your movement propelling you forward and making toeing off from heel to toe easier. This system also makes the insoles very stable – and very stiff. I wore them casually for about 8 hours and did not find the uncomfortable – although I would not say they shoes are plush by any means. Initially, they reminded me of the Lotto Mirage 100 underfoot. On the court, the comparison to the Lotto Mirage 100 continued. They felt very quick and responsive, but not very cushioned. If the Barricade was sturdy four-wheel drive, this shoe would be an F1 racer - the ground feedback was accentuated here. Footing was sure and responsive. Court movement and quickness seemed to be improved with the Cybersonic. That’s the good news.On the flip side, the thin lacing system and the thin neoprene tongue did not offer a lot of comfort. I found the laces to be somewhat painful on the top of my foot on the medial side below my ankle and above the bump on the top of my foot. I also found the heel cushioning quite firm with a low heel drop, which seemed to irritate my Achilles tendon a bit. After an hour on the court, I had to take off the shoes as it was too distracting to deal with both these issues. It is hard for me to imagine playing with these shoes on a daily basis – not only due to these fit and feel issues, but also due to the price. I think if you are looking for a game day shoe with an emphasis on performance and quickness, you would be better off with a Lotto Mirage 100 for half the price. Good try Adidas, but back to the drawing board. This shoe would be great for a specific type of player who values SPEED over all else.
