Hi, very neat idea! Questions: 1)How do the sections lock in place (what method of coupling do they use) and are they tight with no rattling around?

They're threaded and sealed with o-rings. When tightened are VERY STURDY with no rattles. The milling is impressive. However, the tip's cover is very hard and has a tendency to slip on hard surfaces.

Great stick! one question, anyone have a recommendation on a lube to use on the threads of the sections joints to keep them from seizing up?

Is it hollow all the way through? And can the saw, spear and sickle be removed for airport security? Please post more pictures.

Yes, it's hollow, and yes the blades can be removed and set aside. But you'd still have a hefty metal stick with hammer/glass-breaker-style handle and "tactical" styling that makes for a serious bludgeon. So kinda suspicious. I don't know if the TSA allows metal canes on airplanes.
