VERY HAPPY...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
This camera is actually easy to set up if you read the instructions ahead of time. I got mine up mounted and working in about 45 minutes.Picture is good but it is not wide screen, so it doesn't really cover my whole driveway. Perhaps I need to buy another? The camera mount screw needs to be turned counter clockwise to tighten. While pictures clearly show it, it took time away from the installation because I didn't see the words while reading. It is on my garage door (top) and my router & ADT TS center is upstairs in the middle bedroom for maximum coverage. It does take a few (45) seconds to show a picture when viewing, but not terribly long considering.Still, it needs to work faster to be functional.I might also mention that the power supply needs to be attached to the power wire. This seems kind of lame and unnecessary. I don't know why they wouldn't have connect the power supply to the plug and sealing it, prior to shipping. So, I had issues getting the camera to work consistently. I decided to buy a WiFi range extender for the ADT camera. Not much luck there, because the vendor (GET IT ALL HERE) sent a broken extender. It was used and didn’t work. I called ADT, they sent out a tech who relocated my TS system, and now it works perfectly.I did have to pay $100 for the tech though.I should also mention that the 30 second clips are actually in wide screen format. Only the view from my portable devices are not.

Only works on some ADT systems.
Spent hours trying to install the camera onto the ADT system.Got the camera enrolled in the system, but the system could not connect to the camera. ADT tech support logged into the system and said the camera was enrolled, but they could not get it to connect either. The actual problem may be an intentional software conflict on ADT's part, because they don't want people using equipment that isn't sold through them.

WAYYYY Better than the original ADT Cameras
These new HD cameras are NIGHT and DAY different from the original large janky ones. They plug right in to the original AC adapters so switching them out is pretty easy. Not too thrilled with the mounting bracket-doesn't leave many options without modifying. But the important part-the picture-is where these new camera's shine. I can't believe the difference in clarity. And the MUCH larger viewing ability is crazy. So worth the money. I bought this one to replace an original one outside. It used to just see my driveway top to bottom and that was about it. New one can see all the way up to my porch, all 3 garage doors, and all the way out into the street/both neighbors houses down the street. Now I will slowly change out the rest of the cameras even though the original ones still work. This was one of my best tech upgrades in a long time.

Much better than the previous one!
I bought this camera to replace the original one installed 3 years ago, that has become foggy and burnt out. This one is so much better. The installation was a breeze, and it added itself into the system without a hitch (I used Control website)).UPD: 1. This camera now supports 5GHz networks, unlike the previous model. Although it gave all sorts of glitches if it's the only one connected to 5GHz. I reconnected it to 2.4 and it fixed it.2. If you have different wifi routers, make sure all your cameras use just one, and whatever extenders connected to it.

Easy add on.
Linked up right away to the rest of my ADT system. Video quality is good, mic and speaker are decent. The ability to set zones and adjust sensitivity are very convenient.

OC835-V3 Outdoor HD Camera
Needed some more camera which work with Z Wave / ADTPulse, This one took all of five minutes, if that, to install. Picture is good and the cool thing is the ability to connect and communicate via the camera. Very happy with the product and have plans to purchase 5 more for indoor/outdoor locations.

Would Not Install after 10+ Attempts
Followed user manual instructions and referenced two You Tube videos. Attempted 5 install sequences (enroll camera in ADT pulse, manage devices). Message received: model could not be found. Phoned ADT tech support that made 5 additional attempts from there end of system, still could not connect camera. Last two cycles where RIGHT NEXT to gateway / ADT modem. Had to return. Camera was confirmed authentic ADT equipment and listed as compatible with my system. Takeway: Hit or miss with these cameras; unlikely but I considered the camera was sold pre-locked or software sabotaged by ADT. Unless the camera was defective there was no reason the unit failed to initialize. Returned.

Ordered two cams; only one of two works!
Ordered as cost value replacement for ADT products. Ordered two, only one works. Other cam fails to initialize on repeated attempts in different networks.
