Update (9/24/24):Leo from customer service reached out to me and let me know that the issue I’m having is not typical and offered a replacement. The replacement works well, nothing different to say. If durability is an issue again, I will be sure to edit this review again. I will however update the rating to reflect their quick response and careful attention to my issue to get it corrected.Update: Buyer beware! My battery pack cables are no longer working due to the stress on them from regular wear and tear. See the photo and my comment on build quality at the end. A shame for I have had the device for less than three months with minimal use.At its price, this battery pack offers a lot of features that stand out from the rest. I’m a person that likes to be prepared, so I often gravitate to gadgets that can replace multiple functions to lessen the stuff I have to carry as I find myself on the go.This charger stands out for the main fact that it not only has a lightning and USB-C cable so it’s already compatible with a range of devices, but also can charge your phone wirelessly (even includes a stand for your iPhone built in or as a extra support to hold the phone). It’s like they thought of everything lol so I appreciate that I can use the cable or switch to the magnet (which holds on strong but don’t be a person that only holds the battery pack and gets surprised when their phone pops off) when I just want to hold the phone normally while it’s charging. It adds a little weight to the phone as expected for being bigger capacity but not much.Side note: The wireless charging isn’t as fast and gets your phone especially hot when phone is under heavy use. Good thing that the cable does connect to the phone fine even when you use it magnetically attached (once you connect the cable it will turn the wireless charging off and switch to the cable but you can still toggle which you prefer with the button).Be aware that if you buy this you might just need to buy another charger 1-3 months in, should you use it fairly heavily.

This is so much better than my previous portable chargers. I hated having to carry 3 different cables to charge my phone, watch, and airpods. This has everything you need built right in! Magsafe charging worked great, although it did get a little warm so my phone had to cool down briefly at about 50% charge. The battery capacity is really good too, I charged my phone and watch and still had plenty of juice left. I can’t wait to use this on our next vacation.

I had high hopes for this backup charger. After first use Magnetic charge was a slow charge the USB C was a little faster but not by much. Also it didn't completely charge my Iphone 15 Pro Max as advertised. It was suppose to charge Iphone at least twice before going dead.Get a higher quality product instead of this product.

This battery bank is a pretty solid little piece of hardware. It charges to full capacity pretty darn quickly and so far, it managed to fast-charge my iPhone 15 quicker than any other cable I even own. I am extremely particular with what battery banks I use and I always have been ever since I learned, first-hand, how important it is for the health of your phone to ONLY use higher quality charging cables!! Don’t learn from that mistake as I did… take it from me- the few extra dollars for trustworthy technology will increase the lifespan of that $1,400 phone in your back pocket 😎💯

When this charger arrived it was just over 50%charged. I plugged it into my iPad and while using the iPad it charged it to 94% before it was out of charge.We were traveling the weekend no access to plugins, I had a full charge on MagSafe charger, I put my watch on plugged in my phone and iPad all at the same time watch and phone charged to 100% and the iPad to 90% while I was using it and the charger still had more power left.
