does this ring turn your finger green?

No it does not turn. It is a beautiful ring and looks so real. I love it. The size I ordered was for my ring finger which was a little big so I wear it on my middle finger instead. I would recommend this to any one.

Can this come in gold?

Sorry. Not yet. We don't have gold color yet.

Is this ring adjustable, i.e. can it expand to go over large knuckle then reduce to stay right side up on finger?

No, it does not adjust. Must order by ring size.

Is this ring silver or does it have some gold to it ?

It’s all silver. Beautiful ring worth buying. It’s a nice size.
