Missing part quickly sorted
The item itself is very good and easy to make. However in my experience it was missing 6 of the wodden plugs, I messaged the company and they sent a small refund so I could get the parts from my local Wickes.Good response and fast to reply, product is very good!

Surreal experience
Hopefully, I can't do the product much harm as all the other reviews are glowing, but that is part of the reason I purchased this in the first place.I purchased it for my new flat, and I am gradually getting the flat ready for when I move in.Today, I was there from about noon to gone nine pm, most of the time trying to assemble this item.I was in an empty room and neatly laid out the items beforehand, already concerned because they nearly covered the available floor space. And then there is the multitude of little bags of screws, those twirly things you are supposed to grip the screw with etc - not simply labelled 1, 2, 3,4 or A, B, C D, but things like Ao, An, Z , X , just random.I mislaid the Alan Keys right at the beginning, but that was just as well, because it made me use my new tool kit, and without proper screwdrivers, I would probably still be there now.As you would expect, if you can where this is going, there are lots of different shapes and sizes of sci-fi looking nail-type things, twirly bits and so on.The Assembly Instructions fashionably provide no text and the diagrams are poorly drawn furniture with lines and arrows pointing in vague directions, along with instructions like Ao x 6.One of them illustrates a human hand doing something or other, but it looks nothing like a hand and it is not doing anything apparent, although there is an arrow curving down from it in an arc to justify its existence.I felt genuinely fatigued and drawn out after a while and added my own mistakes to the whole hopeless task, and it is now a broken Nothing, as pictured.NOTHING aligned properly, but as I said, all the other reviews are adamant on the sturdiness, ease of assembly etc. This could indicate that I am an idiot, but I had already self assembled a much bigger, heavier and potentially complex item a few days before - a sofa bed.It is enough to destroy either one’s faith in human nature, if all these glowing reviews are really just a put-on, or alternatively in one’s own ability to do anything more difficult than breathe, if everybody else finds it all so easy and straightforward -
