Tried several brands. These stay on but don't leave a sticky mess like some ive tried. Neutral color. I usually use 1-2 but can use up to five.

It works sometime and sometime it didn't which is weird.

I used it last night for the first time it worked pretty good.The description doesn't mention the amount you a you are to use which is five.It does't give give tbe mg of melatonin so I only used 4 didnt seem to have hangover. Did have awake up for awhile but slept well the rest of the night.will try again write more later.

I have used melatonin in the past, so I know how well it can work, and I for sure know when it doesn't work.these don't work. not only is it really uncomfortable to have one of these things stuck to you while you sleep, but they just dont work at all.it doesn't happen with every patch, but sometimes when you get up in the morning, the patches just smell terrible. and not like a sweat kind of smell, I dont know how to describe it really, but it is unpleasant.I wouldn't bother with these. would be a lot easier to just take one of the pills, your body would use that better than one of these patches anyways.

Been using the big blue patches and they seemed to work. Decided to save money this time, but not sure if I made the right choice or not. These are small and hard to get off the plastic without messing up the patch. I will give it some time and report after more use.
