A Piece of Junk
Update: This poorly made product is now in pieces and seller does not try to resolve the issue...You have to push the handle extremely hard because the rollers do not roll smoothly, which also causes the handle to constantly falls off because does not lock into place. After about 30 mins - 1hr of using it my wrist were on fire!

Hang Those Noodles High!
I got the attachment for my big mixer that allows me to make noodles and spaghettis. This piece is made of raw dowels. It fits together easily and breaks down for storage quickly. I am making noodles with a girlfriend next week in my home. I am looking forward to using this as I am planning on making fettuccini. This rack is going to be very helpful for this- it is best to hang the noodles and cook in the next few hours. I didn’t realize that homemade noodles are only good for about24 hours. You can store them in the refrigerator to extend the life to 48 hours. The nine arms extend about 10”. It stands about 12” high. I kept the box it cam in so I can break it down and store it easily. The price for this was minimal compared to how helpful and necessary it will be for making noodles. If you make your own pasta, I advise you to get one of these hanging racks. I cleaned it up with a damp rag when I received it. Before making noodles, wipe the arms with olive oil to prevent sticking. Cook your noodles straight from the rack and store extras in a ziplock with a slightly damp paper towel to extend freshness. Put the left over zip lock in the refrigerator. Also, if you make your own noodles and you want them to be stored for a few days, You can dust the noodles with sifted flour and store in the freezer. Thaw overnight to use the next day.
