Yes They are the same company. Siemens renamed themselves as Signia now

Will these fit resound hearing aids?

I use size 4 on my hearing aids and they do fit. You have to buy according to your ear size inside. I have small ears but they are a great buy.

What are click domes made out of?

I'm not sure. Perhaps silicone? They are very soft flexible and comfortable. And much more reasonably priced than a different type in a dark gray more of a triangular shape sold by my audiologist. I felt like they were totally ripping me off. I was so glad to find these online.
