Helpful, fun, and makes learning feel easy
This smart chess board has been such a great learning tool. My niece recently started playing and finds the talking function and LED lights really helpful—they guide her through each move without making her feel lost. The magnetic pieces stay in place nicely, even when it’s bumped. It’s compact and simple to use, with different levels that keep things interesting. A lovely way to learn without staring at a screen. Excellent customer service
The customer service is excellent. My chess set had problems and when I contacted customer service they responded extremely quickly and in a very friendly and collaborative manner. At first they tried to resolve the issue remotely, and when this did not work they readily replaced the faulty unit within 1 week. I am now enjoying a very well-made, high quality chess computer - even though it regularly beats me.

Perfect chess companion.
My daughter loves it. Got it for her to practice chess. It's good for any level of players. Easy to setup, the system guides you through it. The pieces are very good quality. A bit expensive but it's worth it.

Trying to learn at 72yrs old
I am a very basic learner, couldn’t remember the chess pieces moves. I’m getting there now. It’s a basic set of pieces, Probably a bit expensive for what it is.

Worth it

Good for learning
This is a great product for learning chess. The quality is excellent and it's beautifully made. My child has just started learning chess in the school's chess club, and this product is very helpful for practicing at home. He loves it.

Worst customer service possible
This product doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognise pieces on the board and won’t accept legal moves. I‘ve tried to return it to Amazon who say the return window is closed when it should still be open. The bot sends queries in circles and it’s impossible to speak to someone to get things resolved. Dreadful service.
