I have been using this for years now. The menthol is refreshing to your feet. I use it whenever I wear my gym shoes, sprinkling it in my socks and especially during the summer. I was glad to get a three pack.

I work in a kitchen for 11-12 hours at a time next to 300-400 degree grills/fryers/etc.so lots of perspiration occurs all over which can lead to sweat rash by the end of a busy day. I know it says foot powder but it's fantastic as well for armpits, elbow/knee crease, crotchular region, basically anywhere sweat tends to pool and chafing occurs. It's wonderful to be able to sit down, eat, grab a beer or simply relax instead of immediately having to run home and get in the shower. So I highly recommend this for anyone who sweats heavily for long periods of time, or if the yellow bottle just doesn't do the trick for shoe odor/etc. this stuff is top notch.

Better then other foot itch products.

I didn't like the way I had to choose "talc" or "talc free", but the seller doesn't have talc, and only ships corn starch.It is NOT THE SAME THING. Talc is a lubricating and drying agent, and can help cure rashes. Corn starch makes soup thicker, and provides a medium for microbes to flourish in.
