I bought this years ago and it’s still my main case, basic but good quality and durable. really recommend.

I was shopping for a thin, attractive black case that would be durable. Previously I purchased a rather expensive authentic Apple case from the Apple store with the rubber coating on the exterior and the fabric inner liner. It was great until the rubber coating began peeling off about 8 months later. Next I bought an Apple knock-off case, again with the rubber exterior and fabric inner liner. It seems lots of companies are copying this design... That case lasted about 3 weeks before the rubber coating started peeling, making the case look bad. This time I was specifically looking for a case without fabric inner liners or rubber exterior coatings. I just wanted a solid case made of one material that would be more durable. This case fit all my requirements. It looks great, fits securely and is one solid material with no layers or coatings to peel off or fall apart. One issue I had (and the reason I gave it 4 stars) was that the uppermost edge that wraps around the phone and protrudes slightly above the level of the screen came to a sharp edge and was uncomfortable to the touch. Perhaps it was flashing from the molding process. I was able to easily remedy this in a couple minutes... I took that sharp edge off by lightly sanding it with some 600-grit wet/dry sandpaper. No more sharp edges. (If you decide to sand your case, make sure you remove it from the phone first so you don't scratch up your screen!)

I like this case! The pattern on the back and sides makes it a little “grippy” but only a little bit - just enough to give you some traction so you don’t drop it. The front is raised a little bit to protect the screen when you set it down screen side down. Thin case that doesn’t add much bulk to the phone, yet provides more protection than other “thin” cases I’ve tried. I also like that it is a hard shell, not one of those silicone types. Great buy, very happy with it.

Amazing. This is probably my 6th different case manufacturer I've bought for my i-phone not because I'm always breaking them but because I am always seeking out the slimmest, practical and stylish case out there. This product is by far the best looking, feeling, slim case. It's matte texture and seamless around the phone to make for a comfortable feeling and a joy everytime I pick up my phone. I am the type of guy who usually buts a sticky wallet attachment in back to hold a magnetic plate, 2 CCs and my ID. For the first time I was ashamd to slap on a tacky card holder sticker. I would love to see future interations of this product to have the same amazing design with the integration of a min. 2 card wallet & MTL plate.ICOC - if your reading your reviews, good work. I’ve now had this for 9 months and it looks almost the same as the day I got it! 100% the best low cost phone case I’ve ever had. Not super grippy but not slippery, very durable and overall a solid piece. Has definitely saved my phone from some falls. Highly recommended!

There's nothing to be wished more about the looks of this thing, just great, way better than its price would suggest.Only 2 minor issues coming from case make by apple (way more expensive though):1. This case would make the side buttons (power & volumes) requiring quite some force to use, but hey, free hand exerciser!2. The bottom edge of the case in the front is in fact quite sharp, and is always in the way when using the home button.

I like the look. Simple, sleek, manly. Agree with some of the other reviewers that the case is a little slippery. Just something I'll need to get used to. Biggest issue was the hole for the charger cable was way too small. Height is OK but hole is too narrow. Not sure if my charger cable was bigger than normal or what - it worked fine with my old case. Anyway, I ended up trimming the hole with an x-acto knive an it works fine now. The case material held up nicely to my handling while trimming.

Received the phone case on time and in great condition. The case fits my iPhone 8 perfectly, and the provides a thin but secure layer of protection. The grip feels great in the hand and doesn't slip around when I'm trying to pick it up. The edge of case is slightly higher than the phone screen so I can place the phone screen face down without it touching the surface. The case is thin enough and does not disrupt wireless charging. Very happy with the purchase so far!
