I bought the 50' Giraffe hose with quick disconnect couplers. As others have said, the hose was wound very tightly and fit in a very small shipping box. I uncoiled the hose and put it in the sun. It soon straightened out and is far more flexible than my original SunJoe hose. I connected it to my SunJoe SPX-3000 pressure washer (PW) using the screw-on couplers and the couplers leaked at both ends. Seems that others had similar experiences.Two days later, when corresponding with Giraffe customer service, they offered to replace the "defective" hose. They also requested photos of the failure. When I set up the pressure washer to take pics, I discovered something. The hose couplings were very loose in the the PW high pressure outlet and the spray gun. The discovery was that the Giraffe hose couplers are M22-14mm. SunJoe uses M22-15mm hardware. Bottom line, while the M22-14 coupler will screw (M22 threads) onto the SunJoe high pressure outlet, the smaller 14mm hose coupling does not seal, thus, copious amounts of water leakage.Solution options:Buy a hose with 15mm couplersORBuy 15mm male to 14mm female adapters for both ends of the 14mm hose couplers.I chose the latter and Purchased a pair of these:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FZ8J1CC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1After installing them on the Giraffe hose, no more leaks!Very satisfied with the Giraffe hose. Please note that if your hose couplings are leaking, check to see if your pressure washer uses the M22-14mm coupler. If they are M22-15mm, they will not work without leaking badly.

Much better than the stiff hose that came with my electric pressure washer. Easy to coil, does not kink, fittings work well. I wish I had purchased this hose sooner!

I've always gotten frustrated with the stock hose that came with my pressure washer - too short and rigid. After reading several reviews on several different hoses, I settled on this one. I've now used this hose several times. It's a good length - long enough that you're not constantly moving the pressure washer to make your way around your vehicle. It's much more pliable than the stock hose. The connectors at each end of the hose are well made and securely attached to the hose. I'm guessing it's because of the longer length than the stock hose that came with the pressure washer, but I'm not getting any "vibrations" at times while using this hose. So far, I'm happy with my purchase. This hose was a fair price for a good product.
