The media could not be loaded. I have built a good many models throughout the last couple of years and this one was by far the most satisfying when it was finished. The detail and the unique nature of how this model runs puts it in the upper class of models.The directions were very clear, however, there are a lot of parts and a lot of small parts. And there are a few places where if you had not built models before you would have had a difficult time orienting the pieces in the right direction.My only issue with the model were the electronics. As I always do, I tested the electronics before I started the build and everything worked fine but when I got to the point where I had to install and actually turn on the electronics in the model they didn't work. But the company sent me new electronics and the model works great.It is important to check the electronics before you do the build because when you get to the point that you test the electronics in the build you are so far in building the model it is almost impossible to deconstruct it to put the new electronics in. But it can be done.Undertaking this build will be a very satisfying process for you. And the end product, as I stated earlier, is fantastic. Good luck!

I loved this 3d wood puzzle!I do a lot of wood puzzles and this one was great. It was hours of fun and the design was unique with lots of unique features and ways to assemble that are unique to this kit.No pieces missing. Looks pretty durable. Good value. The presentation is nice and would make a good gift.

This is one of the most difficult models I have built. Some of the parts do not stay together very well and need a bit of glue. The screws are so tiny that they are very hard to screw in and the threads only allow a small bit of tightening (or they will not hold properly.) Fortunately, the included screw driver is magnetic, which helps a great deal.I have some problems with my hands. (missing fingers on one hand and both are a bit shakey. ) I do a lot of intricate models as a kind of therapy. This model gave me more challlenge than I usually have. Lots of good therapy!All that said, the finished product is beautiful and everything works properly. I would recommend it only to experienced builders. The LEDs really do look like the thing is really hot including the smoke stack.

This was a fun project. Pieces fit well! It was a challenge to assemble but fun also. It was difficult to do without using glue. They have you install parts that just hang there from one side while you have to do other stuff and it will fall off. Then you will have to glue it. I used more glue on this than any other project and this is about my 15th one I have made. But I still enjoyed it and it looks great.

I have completed several of these type models. All the parts were included and fit well. It's really cool once completed because it rolls backwards and forwards and is lighted. I would give it 5 stars, but the instruction were a little vague and confusing at times. I had to take it apart and put it back together due to faulty instructions.

Got this for my ADHD husband to build and he completed it in one or two sittings! He loved it! Beautiful too!

Initially thought it was a bit high but well worth the price. Kit is very detailed, fitment is excellent and instructions are perfectly detailed. Even fun and challenging for an experienced modeler. Highly recommended kit for detail oriented model builders.

The media could not be loaded. The build requires you to concentrate and what you are doing and following the instructions and use the video they provide as well. It is good video and accurate for the most part. Important to follow the instructions in the book. Take your time building this and it will work and look just like the video and box shows it. I love how it came out and it works great. Be careful when building the barrels. Use the wax to help the wood pieces slide through the slots better. I used a pint / sewing needle on the last flat pieces of wood to lift it up at the end so it would slide into the last opening for the last piece of wood to make each barrel. I know this sound confusing but when you get to this part you will understand what I mean and why I say use wax on the pieces of wood to help them slide into position. Take your time and end up with a beautiful display piece and let it run around in open place once in while but don't let it hit anything. Wooden pieces can break. Peace.
