This is a great waist pack, it's made of quite thick material (nylon ?), that seems to repel water and dirt.It has a total of 4 zipped compartments, two of which are quite voluminous, making it easy to organise your things.There are no interior pockets within any of these compartments, which concerned initially as I like to have some extra security for my cards. However, after I started using it, I found it was fine, because the zip of the compartment closest to your body points is located on the back of the back, making fairly inaccessible to anyone else without you noticing, providing the belt is adjusted correctly.So why only four stars? I find the belt design could do with improvement. It's quite a large belt, which is adjusted with a mixture of metal and plastic buckles. I found that this combination is quite fiddly to use and doesn't seem to hold any size adjustment for very long, meaning the bag can quite loose and will need readjusting frequently. This is a common issue with these types of bags, but as readjusting it not as straightforward as some other designs, it's a minor, albeit daily, irritation.Overall though, this is a very good bag, and I would recommend it despite this issue.

Pleased with item

After reading all the other reviews, many by dog walkers, I bought this bag for use when Morris Dancing. I needed purple to go with the Morris tatters, so as another reviewer did I removed the garish red/blue rubber logo from the front. Unpicking the stitches left teeny holes, but these really don't show when in use.I am impressed by the amount this bag holds. The main pocket really could fit in a water bottle, but I find it most useful for sunglasses, specs, tissues, big bunch of keys etc. The front pocket is a perfect size for a largish smartphone and it is easy to access the contents of all four pockets.Several reviewers commented that the belt would slip loose. I've worn it for several Morris dancing events at which I have danced with it on, and unlike many other bags I have used, this one holds firm. When not dancing, I am playing a piano accordion which presses down on the bag but also doesn't seem to cause the belt to loosen. Maybe this happens with time.I've been Morris Dancing for over 20 years and worn out many bum bags. This one seems the best so far.I've not used it in the rain so cannot comment on its waterproofness.

Was running out of space for carrying my stuff on my bicycle,so i saw, and bought this to carry extra stuff like house keys,spare innertube's,mobile phone,and a few allan keys,really pleased with this bag ,got more than enough pockets for my extra items ,and looks waterproof along with sturdy zips,Think this will be perfect my cycling needs

The bags good, especially for the price. But the buckle is cheap. If I pull hard enough the buckle will release. Something I wouldn't trust all my personal possessions in if I was riding my bike, will be replacing the buckle.

This is lovely quality and perfect size for what I was looking for (to use while out hiking with my dogs for easy access to store treats, phone, poo bags). Be aware if you are small (I am a UK size 6) the waistband at its tightest was still too big for me. As it was just what I was looking for, with some sewing I managed to alter it so it now fits well.
