No support for missing screws from Eco-worthy
I ordered these brackets for my Eco-Worthy 100W solar panels. I received the brackets but they were missing the self drilling screws noted in the listing. I tried multiple times to contact the company through Amazon's help page but they kept on saying they could not confirm my order. After 5 attempts and email exchanges from the contact Amazon provided they said these are sold my Amazon and they are responsible for support. I sent them back to Amazon, very disappointed in wasting 3 weeks of my time.

Use different screws.
If buying these I recommend getting some different screws, the included are self tappers which are fine if your going to be drilling into aluminum trusses only but if it’s straight into wood I would use a different screw. Self tappers tend to round out the hole in wood and are fine thread and don’t hold. So save yourself the trouble of panel flying off.I originally bought these to install solar panels on my rv but returned them and ended up making my own by buying some 1 1/4” aluminum angle from Home Depot and cut them up in sections. My roof wasn’t level so these made it so I could have adjustable height and I can remove the panel without removing the glide down bracket on the roof.
