HP Envy M6 15.6" LED WXGA HD Slim Glossy Replacement LCD Screen fits Ultrabook Models: M6-1105DX, M6-1125DX, M6-1135DX, M6-1225DX

My computer screen cracked so I sought after a replacement screen. This screen said it was the replacement for my computer.WHAT I LIKED:That it was exactly what I needed. Connections were in place where they needed to be. The glossy finish was quality and resembles the stock finish.WHAT I DISLIKED:Even though this a straight forward install for the most part, I did not like how it had no manual or booklet of any sort on how to install. Aside from that the product itself was perfect.OVERALL:I would 100% recommend this product to someone in a similar situation where they need to have their screen replaced. You save yourself potentially 10's if not a couple hundred in computer repair costs. You cant beat the cost for something like this, and when you do it yourself, you will be very satisfied with the result.Happy computing everyone.

I waited too long to replace my screen so I could not send it back. The product installed simple with no problem and I was proud of myself for doing this on my own because I never done it before. I followed a youtube video and It was simple enough. that only thing was that I have 4 messed up pixels in my screen but I cannot return it. I knew that I should have jumped on it and got it connected to see because there were more than enough reviews that said they had some messed up pixels and the company was easy to work with to get a replacement. But I procrastinated. I will say that the screen looks really good and I am not too picky (especially going from where I couldn't see half of the screen to only 4 pixels messed up. If I had to, I would order from them again and just make sure to install the screen in enough time to get a replacement if there are any issues

My two year old recently broke my laptop screen, and not wanting to spend money on a professional repair, I thought I'd give this a try myself. I have replaced iPhone screens in the past and this is insanely easy in comparison. If anyone is contemplating a DIY repair, make sure you are not under warranty still, and then do it! Google the model number and "screen replacement" and you will find plenty of How-tos.The product was packaged well and there was not one dead pixel in the new screenI would highly recommend this product to someone trying to save a little money on repairing their laptop.

My OEM HP Envy MD 15.6" Glossy screen just arrived and I was able to replace it myself in about 15 minutes (the screen bezel was really stuck on and I was scared I was going to break the clips but luckily they all came out with a little force).There is a tiny small red dot (that looks bigger on the picture due to focusing) upon turning on the computer but the original screen that came with my laptop had it too...It disappears once the home screen comes up.I am very happy with this product.thanks to Itslobo for your tutorial on how to replace the screenhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5auTsxdG1J0

Relatively easy to install although I watched while someone else did it. I would say watch a video if you are not experienced. You just need to carefully pry the frame that holds the screen in. And there was some tape to lift carefully, from what I can recall. Took less than 1/2 hour.My daughter was very happy with the display. It's been over a month since installation.

Ordered this to replace the broken screen on my HP Envy M6-1125dx laptop. As soon as I powered it up I noticed a dead pixel near the center of the screen. Sent it back for a replacement and the second screen had a dead pixel as well. This time the dead pixel was located near the left edge of the screen so I decided to just live with it rather than go through the return process again. The screen works perfectly other than that and I would have given it 5 stars if the second screen didn't have the same issue as the first.

Excellent deal. Local person asked me $150. When I asked for just the screen he told it was $90. This product is great. Packaging was good, though not the best. Youtube guided the fitting (Fitting is very straight forward. The LCD cable part was a bit tricky for me, as the cable was very tiny and it was difficult to see if it got locked or not. But you can definitely do it! You might want a Philips screw driver. I got a $5 mini set in walmart tools, of which 1 just luckily helped). Clean screen. Hope it lasts some time!

Replaced my broken screen with this-- easy to take to Best Buy and they put it on for me. Paid $50 for that service. Would have been 200-300 to buy/replace all at Best Buy they said.BUT... 3 1/2 months later backlight goes out for no reason. Disappointing to say the least. Took a shot in the dark and called Amazon customer service to inquire about replacement. They were immediately helpful and simply refunded the original order amount so that a new screen could be ordered. VERY pleasantly surprised!Now, next issue is getting someone to remove & replace the screen again hopefully without having to pay another $50 technician install fee !!!

This showed up NIB with a burnt pixel. Great price, easy install (Just consult youtube for a replacement guide)
