These things are hard to stay in place and doesn’t heat up at all. Total waste of money.

Not too shabby!
Overall, this worked pretty well. I took off one star b/c it wasn't as sticky as I had hoped. It slid around a little bit...so I had to put a little tape on it to keep in place. But other than that, it worked just like the store bought brands. I like the versatility of these patches...works on my knees and back! Now in my mid 40's and still playing sports...these will come in handy!!! Pretty good product overall...just wish they were a little stickier.
