2 of the 5 lighting modes do not appear
I received item, the Large size, today, on schedule, but upon first and subsequent attempts to use it the two red light modes DO NOT WORK. The other 3 light modes do turn on, though. The product page states: "has 5 Lighting modes: High Brightness / Medium Brightness / Front Light / Red Warning / Strobe Red," NOT TRUE for the unit I received. Rather, there are only 4 modes created by pushing the switch: High, Medium, front light, OFF, in that sequence, but neither red mode appears. Is there some trick to get them to work? Other than that the white lights are very bright and should be useful. I planned to keep this in the car, so I will need the red lights to function. Otherwise this unit will be returned to the seller/Amazon.

After some post purchase research, the product is not as described
So after about a hour of research online I discovered that the absolute best LTD COB Lights on the market today Get 120 lumens per watt. Those are the best and most expensive COB lights. So The product here said it had 600 lumens so I made the purchase, cuz brightness of this flashlight was critical for work. However 3 watts is only 360 lm brightness at best. After receiving it I can confirm that it is NOT 600 lumens as described And it only has three lighting modes not five. U(NLESS SELLER WILL EXPLAIN THE FALSE DESCRIPTION I AM LEAVING REVIEW AT ! STAR.

This is a handy little light... I am not disappointed...
I initially bought this for my husband and ended up keeping it for myself. When I first received it I was wondering if I had made a good purchase or not but it is much brighter than what I expected. I hadn't read that many details when purchasing so I was fascinated by how much that it does. The smallest light is awesome for unlocking your door, I get home at dark usually so it comes in handy for me. The larger light has a bright and dim mode and if you press it for 3 seconds the red solid light comes on, when you press it again a flashing red light comes on. I could see it being handy for several different things. The hanging swivel makes hanging it easy and the magnetic end works very well. It has a small clip if you choose to put it on your side but I never use it because it stays in my purse. I have thought about buying more for our vehicles because it can stand by the magnet on top of your car and you can use the red flashing light for emergencies if you broke down.

Great for the Money - Could be better
I really liked this light when I first got it. I would not consider myself a light snob, but I do prefer bright over dim and charge time to usage time makes or breaks a light. As others have stated the light has poor battery quality. When I first got the light, I could maintain usage for around an hour before dimming. After that, the performance fell rather quickly. Now, after hours of charging, I generally only get about 20 minutes of usage before it begins to fade. After just over two years of steadily decreasing performance, I will be disassembling the light this evening in an attempt to change out the battery with a quality one. Though, I am not entirely sure if it actually has a 18650 or not.One major improvement would be to have a battery panel to easily remove the battery without breaking the light. This would allow power users to remove the battery and use a quality battery charger or even carry extra batteries around in the event of failure.

Very weak magnetic base
The magnet on the base is really weak; it barely attaches to solid steel objects, and is likely to be dislodged with a small bump. I am going to try and modify by supergluing a stronger magnet to the base, and see if it holds. I'd simply attach another N-S magnet in the correct orientation, but I fear that the pull between the base and that magnet will easily be overcome by the pull between the add-on magnet and whatever steel surface to which I stick it.It's a nice compact (smaller than I expected) design, and the light output (high and low settings selectable) seems adequate.Pity the real pro-grade lights are so expensive; they have none of the cons of these knock-offs, but they come at such a premium that I can't justify buying those. Those also tend to use one-off charger connectors, whereas most knock-offs use the fairly ubiquitous micro-USB connector...

The COB Work Light is a good VALUE and Works Very Well. Magnetic Base is Critical and the LED Lamps are Dimmable.
The COB Portable Work Light is a very nice / Compact Light. Purchased it for my son, an A/C Service Technician / Installer. He needs a compact light with variable brightness levels when working in tight spots. The Magnetic base is muck needed. The Light is smaller than I initially thought, but is a very good size for working in difficult locations. The LED lights are very bright ... and DIM as needed. It comes with a USB adapter / charger. Only wish that the cable length was longer. It is less than 3-feet long ... but adequate. The unit is well built, appears to be constructed well, and 1st impressions are very good -- Excellent. It is inexpensive but 'not cheap'. I highly recommend this Work Light !

Flashlight junkie approves!
Saw this light at a mechanic's shop and thought it was a good design and size.Bought it and like it a lot. It's bright but the Amazon information doesn't indicate exactly how bright the light is. Like the fact that it bends almost 360 degrees. Didn't know it could flash red until I read the reviews on how to do it.Wish the clip that allows it clip to your pocket were placed elsewhere so it doesn't damage the lens of the light when it's folded towards the clip. I am an admitted flashlight junkie and I now keep this light in my truck for emergencies. I like it that much
