Good light with good customer service by Elephantboat
The media could not be loaded. Bought 2 of these lights in June. Light looks good, However, within less than 2 months of purchase, the light started flickering. As per local electrician, this loght is irrepairable. Spoke to Amazon customer service for over 1 hour, with no resolution as they stated there was no warranty on this product. I then called Elephantboat directly. Their customer service has been excellent. They are now sending me a replacement light with no questions asked, despite no warranty. Happy with how they handled the issue. Hopefully no more issues will arise with this product.

Not working
I had purchased this product to get it installed as part of Diwali decoration, but all went vain when I realized the product is not working at all, even with direct connection (directly connecting to lower wall socket)People might say I should have checked as soon as I received, but is it not about ethics on the sellers part that they should not sell damaged products or we are so gullible and tolerable that "chalta hai" attitude is what we are left with over trust, honesty and integrity.

Amazing product
Great appearance and brightness. As it is gift, I did not install it and just tested by connecting to powerline. But looks easy to install.

Lack of review
I was so close to not buying this product due to its less review by anyone. However, took the risk and bought it anyway it comes in one piece and yes it's slim but not as much as the image but slimmer than the ones u can get from the locals. It's worth a try

Non working Ceiling LED light delivered
I purchased a ceiling LED bulb for my portico. Today got it installed. To my utter surprise it is already a Fused bulb so not glowing. Checked connections. So concluded that the bulb is faulty when supplied itself. Unfortunately I couldn't check it before the due date for return.Hence I may just have to scrap it.Suggest Amazon to ensure to supply working items especially LED bulbs.
