Great for sensitive tummies
I've been eating this brand since I was a young child in Germany. This is a crunchy, not so sweet piece of Melba toast. I put honey on it, or Nutella and drink tea with it. It soothes a troubled tummy and great for teething babies. I had my gallbladder removed and was eating this the first 5 days.

Delicious and great quality!
I recently experienced severe gastroenteritis, and these really helped keep my stomach settled. These are delicious even if you aren’t sick. The quality is great, and they are well packaged. I’ve loved them since I was a kid.

Very Good for Cheesecakes
I do not care for a graham cracker cheesecake crust. It's too soggy. I have always used Zwieback. It's a staple, and it was a shock when it quit being sold in the US years back. This is foreign Zwieback, which is different from the American brand. This has the exact same texture, but it doesn't have the same taste. It's fine for a crust as is, but if you want the taste of the Zwieback you once knew, here's what I do. My recipe calls for 1 1/4 cups of Zwieback crumbs, and I mix in 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg and mix it really well so the spices are spread out as evenly as possible among the crumbs. Then I add the sugar and melted butter. It's as close as I can get to the old Zwieback I knew growing up. This box came fresh, and although it's for teething infants, I highly recommend it for your cheesecake crust.

Like melba toast, but larger and less dense
I've been testing out rusks as of late and wanted to see what was available. Rusk bread baked three times - once to rise, once to crisp up the crust, and then once after it has been sliced to crisp up the rest. This is a mild rusk - very mild sweetness, very mild saltiness, mostly tasting like toast. Some may find it to be too mild, it is maybe one step up from a unsalted saltine in terms of flavor. It takes butter well, and dips okay, though it doesn't have much body. It is lightly crunchy - easy to bite into and chew down.I thought it was okay, pretty good. Nice late night snack. But I don't think I'd get this specific rusk again, I'd try to find something a little more savory or salty next time. I'd recommend it as an introduction to the food type, though.

Just ok
Not the zweiback toast I had for my kids. Not suitable for teething, breaks and crumbles too easily

Very good, well with it
I have been searching for a melba toast. This is very good, slight sweetness, just right. The size is great for a snack. Bare, with cheese, fruit, etc. Came in a box, 2 sleeves of bread. I have not seen any broken pieces. Love these. Worth the money.

Packaged poorly and arrived broken
While the product itself tastes good, I’m disappointed in the lack of care taken to protect the product from being damaged in transit. It arrived in a paper shipping bag with no protective cushioning and half of the product is broken into small pieces.
