Bought for my husband who was complaining about braces he was wearing which kept coming undone. These seemed better and they stay in place. The adjustable piece on the back is good and strong and doesn’t slip. The only slight downside he says is that the metal clasps are a bit too large but that is only because he wears a phone case on the belt of his trousers. But he still prefers these over his old ones. In fact I have bought him 2 more in different colours.

Clip on braces are usually the poor relation to the button ones but these are not usual.They have superb straps, inch and a half wide, strong and stretchy not the paper thin elastic you usually get - there is no biting, chafing, slipping or rolling up just utterly comfy.The stainless crossover you just can't feel and the stainless adjustment clips lock and can't slip, utter joy.But the best bit - even better than everything else are the trouser clips, they work on thin or thick waist bands and hold tight. They cam closed smoothly finishing with a snap to let you know its shut AND they are built - not the rattly small flimsy clips you normally get that fly apart the second you try to clip to a pair of vintage jeans or work trousers.Also the leather look patches on the ends are synthetic not real - so great if you are vegan. I sent a message to the manufacturer about the patches before buying and got an answer from them right away.I'm gonna buy a few pairs as these are now my go-to braces........ oh and oodles of colours to choose from as well.Superb thank you.

Ok for work or casual but not for formal wear with a dinner suit

Never an issue with clip strength…always do the job no matter how tight you adjust these braces. Adjustability is good. As is the sturdiness. For me, this product is value for your money. I already own a pair, bought some time ago, and they have never failed me. A fine product, and recommended.

Very thick and claws have no protection to stop trouser material damage when used.

I haven't worn them yet but I love theses braces already! They feel nice and look awesome. I can't wait to wear them!

The clips are really strong, with crocodile teeth which never slip, and so far have caused no damage to the trousers. The crossover at the back is fully adjustable, which I find very useful as I have sloping shoulders and the fixed type tend to slip off, especially when sitting. The best braces I have had.

Great braces, very strong and hold well in place. They are however a bit chunky and on the heavy side.
