I bought a Biling 3.5 W aerator to help clean/balance the water for a small 50 gallon garden pond. Pond would become green in hot weather, so it would cost money using an algae cleaner solution. Within two days of using the aerator, I was astonished to see that my pond water had become perfectly clear and my fish seemed more active due to better oxygen levels, etc. The aerator was simple and quick to install, and very quiet. This was purchased in early May and it was so effective that I didn't have to use anymore algae cleaner for the whole of summer. Unfortunately, the pump battery stopped charging/working completely in November. I eventually contacted the seller and within 48 hours a brand new aerator kit was delivered free of charge. Excellent customer service indeed. Extremely curtious, great communication and would respond very quickly to my emails.

Really happy with the replacement. The company went above and beyond to help with my enquiry and the service was prompt and professional. So happy I ordered another product from them as I know the provide a great service.

This product has stopped working after 3 months. There must be a problem but you're still selling it. I want my money back as it's useless and I need to buy another pump. Do not buy this. Total waste of time and money@

This is pump works adequately. Not too noisy, and holds a reasonable charge to keep going well into the late evening. The only problem I had is that the pump is a little too weak, and most of the time, could only provide enough power for air to only one ball at a time. Even during sunny days. So I have now connected it to one only.

I wasn’t sure whether this would be enough for my pond as it was smaller than expected when it arrived but it’s perfect. My fish were suffering in the recent few days of warm weather, gasping for air constantly. Easily put together, it’s recommended you soak the stones in water for 24hrs beforehand. Once in the pond there are plenty of air bubbles, my fish love darting through them, would highly recommend and great value for money.

Stopped working after less than 6 months.Arrived promptly, clear instructions and easy to set up. The instructions state that the stones should not be more than 3.28 feet below the surface and minimise bends in tubes, so cut to size. Placed one stone just below surface among plants rather than sitting on pond bottom. Good amount of bubbles from 6-9 inches under surface. Placed other stone on brick on pond bottom about 12 inches under surface. Noticeable reduction in bubbles by comparison. Stone fell off the brick and no bubbles at all from about 20 inches below surface. This stone also less powerful when at same depth as other.Experimented with different depths and settings, but it simply did not work unless nearer the surface. One stone is noticeably less efficient than the other, despite soaking both for over 24 hours before use and having a full charge on the pump.Have had a similar product in the past that was only solar powered (no batteries) and only worked in daytime. However, stones on the bottom of the pond generated very strong bubble flow when in direct sunlight.I will need another set for the rest of the pond. Won't be selecting this product but ok for the shallower section of the pond. Will be contacting seller with feedback.

Has been working well since installation a few weeks back. Provides bubbles even when sky is cloudy. Has 'soft bubble' and 'intermittent' modes, not just full power mode, so it can keep running for longer into the night by using up the stored battery charge more slowly. Very effective for such a compact device with small solar panel.
