I really loved this when I first started taking it, because it really worked. I noticed considerable decrease in my ALWAYS BLOATED feeling. I have been on it for 4 months like every day as instructed, but in the last month or so I noticed it just does not work anymore, in fact, it bloats me. I have referred this product to every man, woman, and child as the best on the market. WHAT HAPPENED???? Is it like any other product that you take for awhile and the body gets used to it and it stops working? Should I double the dose now? I am very disappointed, but I gave it a 3 because you do get relief for a few months.

These are awful! I tried them several times and each time I had terrible diarrhea, nausea, headache and fatigue. These side effects steadily increased as I took them several days in a row. As soon as I stopped taking them, side effects disappeared within 24-48 hours. I tried this three times! I do not have any digestive issues normally. I only bought them to treat gas & bloating from eating a more plant based whole food diet. They are going in the trash. Stay away!!
